At Academic Work, we are constantly looking for ways to develop our business. We send out two different customer surveys via MarketDirection:
- If you have been in contact with us regarding recruitment, we may send you a survey to assess your experience.
- We also send out customer surveys from time to time to confirm your overall impression of us.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable when responding to a survey and that you are aware that it is from us. We work with MarketDirection to send out the surveys specified above.
MarketDirection is our personal data processor and manages mailings and survey results. We, as well as MarketDirection, are obligated to follow every rule set forth in the GDPR.
